"The staff were very polite and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily. Food was very good and varied.The only criticism was that the main lift was out of order whilst we were there so had to use the smaller lift which often made it a longer wait to get to our room. "One night stay in Llandudno a favourite place of ours. Normally do as day trip but as good weather forecast decided to stay over. Room was at the top so lots of stairs to climb but great sea view so worth it. Comfy bed and spacious room. Fairly recently renovated but headboard already been damaged which was a shame. Shower tray quite slippery so shower mat would have been better. Loved the chocolate and good old flump with our hot chocolate in the evening. Slept well and was greeted by a seagull on the windowsill in the morning!! Breakfast was amazing so much choice and quickly served up. Really enjoyed the fried bread. Paid for parking and whilst tight it was nice to have car somewhere safe. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Definite recommend and would stay again."

"This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in in a long time. It was spotless really comfortable we had a massive bed and the view from our window was fantastic. The room is equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, a fan and binoculars. The bathroom had shower gel,shampoo,conditioner ,soap,hand and body lotion and flannels. They have continental breakfast or freshesly cooked breakfast. The staff Hayley, Callum.and Chris were very friendly and helpful thank you. We can't wait yo ho back. "
