"The staff were really helpful, the check in process was very quick and smooth, as was check out. The lobby area had been recently refurbished and looked very nice. The room that I stayed in was recently refurbished, which I appreciated, though there were a couple of small details like a very rusty shaving mirror (it wasn't needed, as the upgraded mirror was excellent, so it could have been removed and the tile replaced) and a chair with obvious stains. "The breakfast was absolutely delightful. Every morning we looked forward to a tasty, freshly cooked meal. The bed was comfortable, and we were upgraded to a super king bed which was absolutely fantastic! Would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Stopped 2 nights,room was tidy and clean, parking was right outside the room plenty of parking available, we were little bit early for booking in the young man on reception came out to meet us and couldn't do enough for us to settle in, Breakfast was really good plenty of choice, and I must say the pretty young lady that was on duty in the restaurant was very helpful and cooked a lovely English breakfast, sincerely hope things get better for you in the future."
