Great staff, fab location

Great comfy room. A nice size room. Amazing hot breakfast. Round the corner from Sophia gardens coach station. 10 to 15 mins walk into Cardiff centre. 10 mins walk to principality stadium. Only down side no lift but nice stairs Would definitely stay there again. We arrived in the rain but had a very warm welcome. All staff very nice No complaints

Short comfortable stay didn’t use the facilities

One of the best showers my dad has ever had during my his night stay to watch football. Very comfortable bed. Would’ve liked to have had a bottle of water in the room but otherwise it was everything he wanted for a night’s stay.

You felt welcomed as soon as you walked through the doors, staff were really friendly and helpful when we needed to drop our bags off as we got to the hotel too early.

There was a fantastic room and restaurant, and lovely staff. I arrived and was greeted, and then shown to my room, which was very pleasant. I was welcomed with a clean room, ease of access and plenty of light. The room was as to be expected, a little small, but for what its worth, it was fantastic. The night sleep was fantastic also, the bed was comfy, and the shower was excellent. The parking situation - there is none. It is street parking, not a big deal, but you have to find a spot...

Lovely

The lady at reception was very kind and complimentary. Made us feel welcome. The room had all the amenities youd night while away from home. The rooms are a little outdated and personal preference the bed was too firm for me. All round a good hotel; affordable pricing and 24hr staff. Would return.
