"Firstly I didn’t receive a key code and no one answered the phone to get the code. Hotels.com couldn’t help either. Luckily another guest opened the door so we could call the phone number in a table inside the property. They still couldn’t give us the key code. It took an hour just to get into our room. Which was very basic. No in case of fire instructions inside the room I’m or anywhere in the property. One good thing was the food that was available to us in the morning. Bread , butter, eggs...

There was no hot water - apparently the boiler had been turned off. We were told this after we had checked out. The shower controller was broken so if there had been hot water we wouldn't have known which way to turn the dial I asked several times for information about where I should park...
