Renovated and modern apartment, nice and very well equipped located 10 meters from the beach, in front of the promenade. With 3 large double bedrooms with two double beds and one with bunk beds, spacious and bright living room, kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and a toilet, and balcony with beautiful views of the sea, the beach and the port. It also has a laundry room. For 6 people. Equipped with oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob and TV, air conditioning in the dining room. Ideal for its location in a quiet area and at the same time very central, in front of the beach of the port and a few meters from the shopping area. Access for people with reduced mobility with lift chair. \[hidden\]
