Pros: beds and the room . the whole stay was fab
Location: near to town albert docks.. and the bus tours and lots to do
beaut hotel close to the echo arena as its directly opposite. the liverpool wheel is out side and you can see albert dock from the hotel. it is lovely hotel.. friendly staff there for every question you need . straight forward booking in and out / parking is away from the hotel but hardly far . proberly 50 steps but it is private and we paid 18.00 for 36 hours parking as the hotel have a arrangement with ncc and you get a discount. will be going back toi liverpool and the same hotel in 2018

Fab hotel in excellent location

Posted 30-Aug-2017
Pros: The staff were excellent - efficient and knowledgeable. Nothing was a problem to sort out - thank you to all!
Cons: We were happy with everything.
Location: Excellent location for shopping or sightseeing. Lots of local attractions to visit. Access to the bus station made travelling around the city easy.
During a recent trip to Liverpool we stayed at Jury's Inn on the Docks. It is an excellent hotel - staff were extremely friendly and helpful; facilities were great; room was excellent and food was great. The location is brilliant allowing for easy access to the city centre; boat; train and bus. It was excellent value for money over the bank holiday weekend!

Perfect location for everything going on around us

Posted 28-Aug-2017
Pros: It was clean and we had an accessible room. The food was excellent. A bit pricey for main meals but beautifully cooked from fresh. The staff excellent
Cons: The parking, with having a disabled husband, I had to unload outside the hotel leave my husband to go and park the car, which I wasn't aware of before
Location: Perfect for whatever you wanted to do, the arena, shopping or the museums or the Beatles. Or by the waterfront. there were bands playing live.
Everything about our stay was perfect. We had everything we needed for our stay. We were at the convention for three days just across at the Echo Arena, during the day, so at night it was lovely to stroll around the docks area where there was so much going on. A lot of our friends found the shopping area fabulous. All within easy walking distance. We personally stayed around the docks area ( my husband is disabled and in a wheelchair) but we really loved it. I personally was so surprised how lovely and clean everywhere was. We certainly intend to stay again.

Modern Hotel, super efficient and friendly staff.

We were there for a football match, close enough to walk to city centre. Staff really were super efficient and friendly. Modern Hotel, nothing to complain about. Would not hesitate to book again.

Lovely hotel. Restaurant a disaster.

Posted 21-Aug-2017
Spacious clean room with a comfortable bed. Staff were welcoming and helpful with no distain in answering any questions you may have. Hotel restaurant left a lot to be desired. were not able to take a party of five people straight away and was required to wait 20 minutes for a table with not even a quarter of the restaurant being full. Our orders took over 45 minutes to be served wth the end result leaving a lot to be desired. Meats were cooked to an inch of their life and side dishes ordered were forgotten. The restaurant served pizzas however, no pizzas were being made which but down the choices on the menu dramatically. Food was not worth the wait or the money at the end of the evening. Would stay again for the rooms but would not go to the restaurant.
