Perfect for conference centre. Easy, comfortable rooms. Remember to take decent tea bags/coffee/water for room.

Breakfast

Posted 03-Dec-2017
Pros: Good position, good parking at nearby multi-storey car park
Cons: Level of staffing for breakfast
Location: Very near Liverpool centre .
I arrived at the hotel soon and the room was ready which was pleasing. The reception staff were excellent, we had a snack in the bar and a drink which were really good value. The only disappointment was the service at breakfast, you had to try to find a table, the majority were full of leftovers and dirty. We actually cleaned our table off ourselves, surly people would rather wait until the tables are cleared and then be escorted to a table by a member of staff.

Perfect location

I stayed here as I was going to an event at the Liverpool Echo. Location couldn't be better. Easy for the shops too. Clean rooms. Great breakfast. Couldn't wish for anything more.

Waterfront Hotel close to arena

Posted 29-Nov-2017
Pros: Location. Beds. Staff
Cons: Please light the sign out the back. Pillows could be softer. Coffee wasnt nice.
Location: Next to Albert Dock (Tate Gallery) Echo Arena and the Bigwheel
Good location, helpful staff, comfortable room, but undergoing a refurbishment so breakfast area rather bleak at present- rear drop off also unlit when we arrived after dark and rather unwelcoming.

Good location

Posted 07-Nov-2017
The hotel room was nice. The room looked like it had been decorated recently although the bathroom hadn't. There was an issue with the bathroom door handle in our room- I was afraid it was going to come off. We booked breakfast whilst we were there, it was very busy but the food was lovely, however twice our plates were swooped away whilst we were still eating off them which was quite rude. The location was fantastic for shopping and for walking the docks. We were really close to the dock to watch the fireworks. I would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Cons: Room temperature was a little on the warm side. Adjusting the air conditioning didn't really make any difference.
Comfortable stay, hotel in a great location. Good choice at breakfast.

Lovely hotel, Reception staff lovely. Very comfortable bed. Breakfast ok. Had dinner one night in the Restaurant. Wasn't a great experience. Very slow service. But overall it was a great hotel.

Facilities not great

Posted 24-Oct-2017
Bar is substandard. It’s like a pop-up event bar. Also there are no vending machines on the same floor as the rooms or anywhere in the hotel for that matter so if you’re dying for a drink you have to make your way all the way down to reception and buy a bottle of room temperature water from the pop-up bar. A mini fridge in the room with drinks and snacks would of been good but this facility along with vending machines does not exist

very expensive for what it is you can pay far cheaper in a premier inn and get a cleaner cheaper and more comfortable place to stay. you have to pay for parking £11.25 per day. food and drink far to expensive and not much around you
