"Room was very clean, bed quite comfortable, air conditioning worked wonderfully, kept the room very comfortable. Breakfast was quite good too. Staff were very good also. We would definitely stay again if we needed to come back to the area in the future."

"Staff were all very kind and helpful. Pool was closed on a weekend that was nothing less than 94 degrees F. Much of the hallway was not maintained: scratches everywhere, scuff marks, and the business center in the lobby was out of order. The room itself was very clean, but its decor was dated."

"This stay was to allow for us to be close to the 1/2 marathon. The hotel is beautiful, a very unique, older hotel. The check in was seamless and the valets were amazing! The room was small, but laid out well and the ac was perfect for the hot weather. It was a pleasure to have a fridge in the room. I did find morning desk staff to be less friendly than the wonderful afternoon person who checked us in, however, they were efficient. If we get back to San Jose, would definitely stay again."
