"Wondwrful staff. I arrived at night very tired. Staff made me instantly welcome, still smiling and polite despite the hour. Explained everything about breaksfast, free coffee etc. Room very comfortable and slept well. Breakfast: there was plenty as well as many staff to ensure fully stocked and dirty plates removed. Checkout was quick and again done with a smile. The price for this hotel in the town centre was cheaper than those nearer the airport but still close by. And breakfast was included whereas most of the others charge extra, making the value even better. I was not expecting much out of the hotel based on the price and was very pleasantly surprised. Quality was very good, but the key point has to be the staff. They are a credit to the hotel. "

"The superior room was sublime. Spacious, huge bed and a big bathtub in the actual bedroom for a splash of luxury. Staff were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. "

"I witness the entire complex being built from the ground up, also attended various functions through the years but this was my first accommodation visit. I was very impressed about the clean,quietness of the room despite having shops and a very busy road outside. I would definately recommend including breakfast. I was spoil for choise. All the staffs at different levels were very professional and accommodating. Try it for yourself. You too will want to visit again"
