good, reasonably priced food and accommodating staff

We had a lovely stay at The White Hart, we booked as the following day we were visiting Bletchley Park. The room was very spacious and clean, with little extras like water in the fridge and a basket with snacks, coffee machine, kettle and lots of different coffee and tea options. The accommodation is on a different building next to the pub which was better as the pub was quite lively. The breakfast was very good we had a full English, but also there was a good selection of cereals, yogurts...

Great stay, lovely rooms and great food

Out of the way place to stay, nice and quite, easy reach of were I needed to be.

Very nice and clean with easy access to rooms when returning later

The friendly greeting was lovely. We stayed for one night and were going out in Milton Keynes and Sarah organised a taxi for us. Our room was small but had everything we needed including tea and coffee making facilities and large shower. In the morning my continental breakfast was brought to my room and consisted of cereal ,ham , 2 types of cheese , pickle, bread, butter jam, marmalade and fruit. This is a gem of a place in a pretty village. Thank you for the lovely stay, if in the area we will...

Nice hotel and had a lovely meal in restaurant. It was a bit noisy due to private party but that’s our issue due to going to sleep early! Good breakfast too.

Decent room, perhaps a bit of noise from guests (Friday night) but spacious and comfortable room. Reasonably priced. Pub meal was on point and better than it was previously. Staff were great. Parking was fine though not many spaces if arriving at a busy time.

Wonderful friendly staff who really made us feel welcome.

Great stay. Room was huge family room, comfy beds and clean. We ate in hotel restaurant and food was tasty and service was good at dinner and breakfast next morning.

Great place although very quite a there is no onsite eating facilities. Breakfast is basic continental that you help your self to. And the staff are not there but good communication on phone

Great place to stay

The room was large, bright and clean with the added bonus of a fan. Staff were polite and helpful. Evening meal was superb. If we are in Harpenden again we will definitely stay here again.

Very historic inn with friendly staff just a few minutes, but a world away, from Luton airport located in a proper English village complete with village green. Recently refurbished and individual - a very far cry from the Travelodges of this world!
