"Resort location is stunning. You can tell it’s fairly new with the modern rooms and pool conditions. Some elements this resort lacks is evening entertainment (no theatre), no swim up bar, no self serve pop/juice machines, NO LUNCH BUFFET, breakfast doesn’t start until 8am, minimal options at breakfast and dinner buffets. Bar staff discouraged guests going up and ordering drinks ourselves. I was told to find my waiter and have him get the drinks on my behalf. I just needed a glass of water! Waiters only came to our pool chair once every 2 hours (yes we were tipping). Foods and sauces need to be labeled properly. We have a tree nut allergy in our group. No staff could give us enough reassurance about contamination. She survived off cantaloupe and honey dew for a week. Rooms were very clean and all staff we encountered in the hallways were extremely friendly. Beach shuttle was convenient and the restaurant down there was probably the best meal we had all week. I asked for a bit of a later check out due to not getting picked up for the airport until 3pm. We were told $20USD per person, per hour, would be charged. I’ve never experienced such a fee at other resorts. We were a group of 7 and didn’t see the value in this charge. We waited in the lobby for our ride. We won’t be recommending or returning to this resort. Definitely didn’t feel like we got our moneys worth. "

"Clean, safe, fun, and the buffet options were great! We enjoyed all the friendly staff there. The activity hosts and servers made us feel welcome everyday. Most can speak English well, we had no issue. The Neon party and shows were good.There’s a complimentary shower room (with shampoo, conditioner, and towels) for those who have flights after check out time. So wonderful to be able to enjoy full access until it’s time to go. There is an unattended luggage storage room as well. The room has a door and other guests can come and go. We kept our passports and valuables with us just in case. On to some recommendations. It would make the trip even better if they can cast live hockey games at the sports bar. As for the rooms, it can get noisy if your neighbours are loud. The walls and doors are not thick/solid. One improvement would be raking the sand better as a few people have stub their feet on sharp debris fallen from the palm trees. Wear your sandals at the beach! "

"The hotel is in a nice area of Nuevo Nayarit. Staff is always working to ensure you have a great vacation. Our room was clean and fresh smelling. Air worked great and always hot water for a shower. "

"Paradise villiage exceeded our expectations. We stayed in Coba. The room was immaculate. We loved the beach and the beach bar. The waves were such fun and the convenience of the boogie board rental was great. The main pool was busy but there were always palapas on the beach available which was our preference. If you rent jet skis, do so in the morning when the sea is calm! The sushi restaurant was a favourite and their themed Mexican night was a lot of fun. It was fun traveling to the market and the mall is so close and a great convenience. There was always something of the food selection we enjoyed. We don't drink alcohol but their mango smoothies and little monkey drinks were fun! We stayed for 7 nights and could have stayed for many more! Tennis courts were being resurfaced during our visit which was unfortunate. There are two pickle ball courts best played on in the morning. They get busy so ensure booking. This really was an amazing place to stay at! "
