All interior spaces are spotless and perfect. Could not be more comfortable or convenient. The host Fernando is extremely helpful and assisted with all our queries. All in perfect English. The only thing I can think of to improve the property is a slight upgrade of the outdoor furniture, to bring it up to the same high level as everything indoors. Fernando and Maria were very responsive to our requests for kitchen items, and quickly replaced a coffee pot that died. The house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and the home had plenty of storage and nice, modern appliances. The neighborhood was quiet and very safe. The only down side was that sometimes we had to park a ways from the house. The downtown area and train station were both a ten minute walk down the hill. We would stay here again. ##### Valerie M. Friendly owners live upstairs and are very helpful and nice. 10 to 15 minutes walk to city centre, beach, station and Jumbo. We had two children with us, a two year old and a baby,age 4 months, and that worked out well. The pram has to be carried about 10 steps up to the apartment. The neighbourhood is qiuet though one can hear some traffic. Communication was excellent and can’t thank Maria Jose and Fernando enough for helping us arrange transfers with Top Ten Tours both arrival and departure. The transfers were excellent. So nice to have 3 bathrooms with plenty of towels and lovely bed linens. The kitchen was well equipped and so appreciated the beach towels, umbrellas and cart. Fernando met us personally and showed us all the details and was there to send us off on departure. The Villa was at a dead end street and felt very safe and secure with locked gates and access. We used many of the restaurant recommendations. Everyone had a wonderful time and would recommend the villa for families or several couples. It was very relaxing and so very clean. Das Appartement ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alle notwendigen Utensilien in der gut ausgestatteten Küche sind vorhanden.Das Haus befindet sich ein einer guten Lage. Auch ohne Auto, gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zum Strand dauert es fussläufig etwa 15-20 Minuten ( zum Zentrum ebenfalls). Mit einem Tagestticket, kann man die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, günstig nutzen. Auch die Anbindung nach Lissabon, Sintra umd Estoril ist Super. Die Gastgeber sind mega nett und stehen für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung.Wir hatten sehr schöne 12 Tage in Cascais und Umgebung verbracht und werden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Das Haus haben wir genauso wie in der Anzeige beschrieben vorgefunden. 10 von 10 !!! Vielen Dank für die schönen Ferien. ##### Edyta A. L'appuntamento che abbiamo affittato è fantastico, Bellissimo, pulitissimo, non mancava niente , curato nei minimi particolari . You can't go wrong if you book this property. Fernando and Maria Jose are amazing hosts and cater to your every need. My son and friends stayed last week and had the most incredible time. Everything is very clean and fresh and new. Facilities all excellent. Well stocked kitchen, great showers in the bathrooms, comfortable beds. Well positioned for easy access to the town and shops and beach. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted by the owner who explained how everything worked. Our first overall impression was how spotless it was and how friendly the owner and his wife were. Nothing was too much trouble and they walked the extra mile to help us when we had problems. Overall the property is wonderful. The reason for four stars is the problem for one of our party who had difficulty walking and the state of the cobbled pavements caused difficulties. These are standard in the Lisbon area. Le linge est fourni en abondance et l'équipement électroménager est très récent et complet. La terrasse est très appréciable et il a été fort agréable de prendre nos repas dehors. Le barbecue fourni nous a permis de faire des grillades, principalement de poissons, saumon et thon qu'on trouve à des prix très abordables au marché. Les propriétaires sont avenants et prévenants tout en restant extrêmement discrets ; ils ont tout fait pour rendre notre séjour aussi paisible que possible. Le voisinage est calme. There is a lot of space, it is super clean and has everything you need. The location is ideal if you want to be in walking distance from the Cascais town centre, main supermarket and the beach, yet at an affordable price. The hosts are so friendly and helpful, and even played tennis with us when they heard we are a tennis playing family. They know the best restaurants. Moins de 10 min à pied de la gare pour aller a Lisbonne (30 min de train) ou de la gare routière pour aller a Sintra (45 min de bus). Moins de 15 min a pied de la plage. Plusieurs supermarchés sont a proximité. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et parlent bien français. Le gite est confortable. Het is een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Lissabon (40 min. met de trein) of Sintra (30 - 45 min. met de bus, afhankelijk van de route). Het huis is schoon. De woon- en eetkamer zijn voor 8 volwassenen aan de krappe kant, maar wij waren met 2 kinderen en dat ging prima. De bedden zijn perfect. Er is een slaapbank, maar Maria José en Fernando hadden vooraf al voorgesteld om 2 extra bedden te plaatsen. Ze denken sowieso graag met je mee. Op ons verzoek hebben ze ook taxivervoer van en naar het vliegveld geregeld, en op de eerste dag - toen het stormde en regende - kwam Maria José ook nog een keer informeren of ze iets voor ons kon doen. Ze heeft ons een korte tour door Cascais gegeven en naar de supermarkt gebracht. Het was geweldig. Wie weet komen we nog eens.
