Great location, easily accessible walking. The property is beautiful, extremely well designed and decorated. The common areas were excellent. Food was fantastic, the breakfast deal was the best.

a great and comfortable stay
it was great, the staff were amazing and so nice and helpful. the property has everything you need in one place. the property has a great location in the city centre. The people who stay there are very friendly too and its easy to make friends being a solo traveller. the kitchen is great! the bathrooms were great, the only thing is the walls are dark grey paint and its hard to see even with the lights on.

The check in process with the online registration can be a bit jarring! Since you do the same for the booking with hotels.com, it could be more straightforward

Good Hotel if not in winter!
This is a nice hotel, clean and quite comfortable, unfortunately it also has very cold rooms! The rooms have no heating and no optional heaters are available, which in winter and if you end up in the top floor as we did, its warmer to be in the hallway then inside the rooms. When I asked about it, I was told that there is floor heating, but that it doesn't really work, and they do not provide portable heaters, so we we're basically stuck with a cold room. My partner already had a cold, and just got worse in this condition. There should be more information when booking if the hotel has any heating in the rooms, as in winter its very cold and not a pleasant stay at all, unless you plan not being in your room at all.
