Really nice property. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are well maintained. Hlthe spa is so so but I'm not complaining since it wasn't a priority for us.

"Fantastic Hotel 5 stars"

Been to Lisbon a number of times now, this hotel has to be the best one I've stayed in. Reception staff very friendly and helpful especially Lucas and Gibril. Breakfast choice is amazing, rooms are exceptionally clean. Very happy this will be my first choice when visiting Lisbon next time and not forgetting indoor heated pool and jacuzzi.

After receiving confirmation from Expedia that the room had been booked, when we arrived at the hotel the receptionist told that there had been an overbooking and they had no rooms. An upgrade had not been made and we were sent away at 10 pm to look for another hotel.
