Great place to stay in Lisbon
Had a great experience here. Location is fantastic, and the apartment and service were very good. Only thing that concerned us was noise from the dance club downstairs but with white noise in the room it didn’t bother us. Thanks!

I was met at the property at the appointed time. Rossio Apartments a very convenient and clean. Housekeeping was very helpful. The TV went haywire the first night. Management called IT for resolution, but there is a major problem. Everything else was great.

Convenience in a colourful neighbourhood
We only stayed one night but it was very convenient to the main sights of Lisbon and for trams, buses, metro. Although we had to go to the sister hotel for checking in and to leave our luggage while we enjoyed a few extra hours in Lisbon, the sister hotel is an easy 5 minute walk and the staff there were extremely helpful.

The studio apartment is in a great location. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. We had a great view overlooking Rossio square and the Christmas market. The small kitchen was nice but could use a few more essentials. One burner on the cook top didn’t work. We informed them the first day, but it was never fixed. We were supposed to get a welcome bottle of wine but did not receive it, even after we asked. We did appreciate the laundry facilities.

Great location but room was not what we expected. Advertised 2 king beds and that it slept 5. There were only 2 full/double beds. Light from street kept room quite bright at night. A/C did not seem to work properly.

Fabulous location, just steps from Rossio Square. Very quiet considering. The entrance is next to a peep show but that was never a problem. Felt secure. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and coffee and tea were gratis. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

BEWARE!!!
If you are traveling to Lisbon, AVOID THE ROSSIO APARMENTS! We were treated very poorly by Rodrigo, the manager of Rossio Apartments. He bumped us from our prepaid booking that was made over 3 months prior to our trip. We were given a room at a lesser hotel but told we would be moved to Rossio Apartments in 3 days. Not only was that NOT true, we were bumped to a lesser room at the alternative hotel. Rodrigo agreed that we deserved a refund of 50 percent or more, and promised to contact the owner to arrange this. However, when it was time for us to leave Lisbon, he told us we would not be receiving ANY refund. We are very unhappy about our poor treatment by Rodrigo at the Rossio Apartments. Don't let this happen to you!

Perfect location but be ready to smell sardines in the morning. They are doing construction right where the apt is which is next to a ladies night club and a dumpster. It’s nice inside but just beware of the immediate alley it’s in.

A bit of a nightmare
The first day I arrived it was extremely disappointing and exhausting as the Rossio Apartment was not completed then I was asked to go to the Chiado Apartment instead but in that it was still not ready. By 5pm I still didn’t have anywhere to rest. It was extremely disorganised.

The location is brilliant, we could not really have asked for a better place. The amenities were modern and the place was clean. The people were lovely and attentive. They were flexible and allowed us to leave our luggage there on the last day so we could explore the city some more. Overall a brilliant experience, I would definitely recommend.

We loved the location of this property, right in Rossio Square. Overall, we had no complaints. The only con was the check-in procedure, as there is no "front desk" to report to and you have to phone the property liaison and hope they are available.

Location was excellent. The rep: Rodrigo was very helpful with info about Lisbon and even came at 10:30 pm within 10 min after we called to give us new entry cards to replace the ones he gave us, as their code was accidentally changed.

No hotel reception. Entrance smelt of Urine and no one there to meet us. Very steep staircase and not suitable for older people. We had to get mainyenance in to fix blocked shower, safe not working and faulty plug. The hotel looks modern but a cheap renovation.

Wonderful apartments in the heart of the city
The Rossio Apartments are exceptional in nearly every way: Cleanliness, comfort, amenities, location, convenience. I enjoyed my stay very much. There was some difficulty getting into the building at the appointed time, but someone in the building responded to my ringing of their bell so I was able to get in. A short time later the service lady responded to my knocking on the inner door.

Well first let me get the negatives out of the way. The unit we were in was above a strip club. Great for single guys, but not ideal for families. Lots of steps and no elevator. That being said the room was decent and the beds comfortable. The Elevator is around the corner and Rossio Square is right next to the units. The check in was simple, but make sure you have a working phone to call them. I booked this at the last minute, so I was just happy they had a room available although the price was a little high.

Fabulous location, close to numerous attractions, and they provided a suggestion where to park that was reasonably priced.

Not bad, Not great, will not stay again
Check-in staff was friendly and helpful. Location was perfect. My only complaint was the bathroom, the drainage smelled really bad and there was no fan in there. We told the staff the situation, he agreed and told us they will do something but the situation has not improved. Felt disappointed and hard to put up with the situation for 3 nights stay.

Great location
Great location and fantastic property in the heart of Lisbon. Easy access and very clean and comfortable. Nice touches with a coffee machine and teas as well as welcome bottle of water. Daily servicing and friendly staff makes this a definate recommendation.

The location is good and convenient. The communication with the manager is not very smooth - after notified our arrival time for several times, we still ended up standing on the street in the dark and waited for half hour. The condition of the apartment is generally good but one night we did not have hot water. As it's the new year's eve, we were told that they could not do anything on the day and the problem was solved the next day.

Great location close to Rossio and centerpiece of many restaurants and tourist attractions including the Praca Commercia and Praca De Figueira. Time your arrival and give notice to managers so they can be there to let you in. This is an apartment building. Very Clean and well maintained.

Wonderful apartment in ideal location
I can highly recommend Rossio Apartments. We were met at the apartment for check-in and advised of all details in regards to the apartment plus emergency contact details. The apartment was spotless and serviced daily. The location was ideal with views overlooking Rossio Square. A delightful apartment in a wonderful location for sightseeing in Lisbon.

Rossio Apts, fabulous location, service & apt.
This was one amazing discovery. The apt. is in a fantastic location, close to Old Town, metro, buses, shops, & restaurants. Our room had a view of Rossio Sq. and the beds were fabulous esp. with my back issues. We had maid service which was very nice replacing tea, coffee, & making our beds. The best part was the service. Carlos is an absolute gem. He kept in touch with me by email and when I requested information about transfer from the airport and then to the cruise port as well as questions about day tours. He not only sent me an email with choices of tours but called me using WhatsApp about the tours. When we arrived at the airport, Carlos arranged for a driver, Adrian, to pick us up. At the apt. he was there to check us in and carry all our baggage to the 2nd floor. Adrian was our driver for 2 days taking us to a fantastic tour at Jose Maria da Fonseca winery, the palace in Sintra, Cascai, lunch on the ocean at a sea food place, Belem, Cabo da Roca, and many scenic drives. We kept in touch with Carlos using WhatsApp and he would respond right away with any concerns and questions. Wi-fi was included so were able to use WhatsApp with both Carlos and Adrian. On the last day, Carlos helped get our baggage down and Adrian would take us to our cruise port. What a fantastic and memorable 3 days in Lisbon thanks to the incredible service we received from both Carlos and Adrian. We highly recommend Rossio Apts. Next time we plan to book the room with the balcony.

Amazing vacation!
Excellent choice! Could not be more central, everything is right there. Very clean, everything you need inside, including kitchenette. Great WI-FI, TV, even Netflix!!! Check in/out seamless. Transportation from/to airport is being offered for 25euro one way, or 45euro both ways. There is an AVIS rental place 100m away, at Hotel Mundial if you don't want to rent a car from Airport, very convenient Overall, extremely satisfied, probably the best place to stay in Lisbon at a decent price.

Excellent apartment -close to Lisbon tourist sites
Very well situated apartment. Although its entrance is next to a 'peep show' this did not cause any problems - the area is generally respectful. The apartment is modern, well furnished with all one would want. Coffee, apples and welcome bottle of wine were all most welcome additions compared to usual apartments. Location is excellent for walking to all the main Lisbon sites, although tram rides to Belem and the basilica were used (and easy to do) as they are a bit further away. Rossio square is nice and there are many shops and restaurants in the locality. The staff (owner who showed us the apartment) and service lady (in the apartments' area most of the day) were friendly and helpful. very close to metro, rail station and tram stops.
