Like the area and room was very clean. The air conditioning remote and the TV remote had dead batteries. Needless to say i had no TV or air. In addition, i was not able to contact any of the property management. I tried calling the number on my email 4 times and no answer. I also tried the photo on the kiosk and the same, no answer. The God there wasn't an emergency. No good public service. Very disappointed.

The place was clean. The mini-split heating/cooling system did not work. The windows (which we opened as as the apartment was too hot) have no screens, so we were bit by mosquitoes throughout the night.

What does one say when the maids try to extort money from you? What does one say when small pieces of jewelry disappear? They were made from surgical steel so they were not expensive but they were mine. The worse was the manager, after knocking and being told I did not need service and I was on the phone; used her pass key to bust in to let me know I had no right to privacy. The person I was on the phone with is providing prof of this happening”. I did not feel safe here and, as a frequent traveler “, this has not happened before. Do not recommend this place and this is the first time I have made this kind of review.

Worst check-in experience
I showed up to the front door, and I typed in the access code 3 times without success. This code was received by email. Then, I tried the intercom button. The front door opened. Using the check-in kiosk, I entered the reservation number with other information asked. I could confirm that the system recognized me because of the information it showed on screen. At the end of the process, I got the red box message that my reservation information was not available at that moment and to try later. Same result after 3 times. I hooked up the phone twice on the kiosk without anybody answering. After a while, a kind customer helped me with this situation. She called the office 3 times with her phone before she got someone answering on the phone. I finally got a code to enter the building and a code to enter the apartment. The code for the building was completely different from the code I got by email. This means I got wrong information by email. That is what made the check-in experience the worst. The next day, I hooked up the kiosk phone to see if it's supposed to work. Someone answered.

No one ever sent me the codes to get into the door of the building or inside the apartment. I had to reach out to Expedia at almost midnight because I had no info. Apartment was clean once I got in. Mind you it’s a bit noisy but only because it’s close to the airport which is convinient for me.

The neighborhood has lots of local restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes nearby. It has easy access to the metro and bus stops and Portuguese locals around which is fantastic for an authentic experience and allows for more opportunities to practice your Portuguese. The building has everything you need and isn’t anything special. No amenities like a pool or gym and no where to gather outside of your room other than a shared balcony with no cover from the sun. There are no screens on the windows so a football sized cockroach flew into my room (not their fault) and at check in there were sticky spots on the floor, dirty dishes in the cabinet, a clogged shower, one broken elevator and straight strings of hair all over the room. The staff was responsive and unclogged the shower when asked and turned over the room everyday. I did enjoy my stay overall and felt safe which was the most important thing to me.

Very nice location. Only about 300M from the Entrecampos train/subway station. Apartment was well equipped, clean, and with good security. Communication with the staff was very cordial and prompt. The only issue for light sleepers is on some days it is near the flight path for landing jets. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The good. Spacious, well equipped (everything from a potato peeler to an ironing board), reversible air conditioning to heat/cool, double glazing and electric shutters. Very clean. Building has en-suite kebab shop (connecting door). Minipreço supermarket nearby. A bus (731 - roughly every 20 minutes) connects the area with the two nearest metro stations and a roundabout close to the airport. The less good. Area is under the glide path to Lisbon airport so there's quite a lot of (frequent) aircraft noise except between midnight and 5.30am - if that bothers you. If you miss the bus, it's around a 15 minute walk to the nearest metro station (Entre Campos or Cidade Universitária). The doors between the corridors and the staircase were all wedged open.

It was our first time using contactless entry. It worked well and liked the added security. The only problem is not everyone knows how to use the system. When the front door of the building is not secure, it continues to beep waking up the residents. Our room was clean and the friendly cleaners did a great job cleaning it daily. Unfortunately, there were false alarms that rang in the night from other apartment kitchens. We highly recommend that you hire someone to run a front desk. That way, if people have questions or if all the alarms need turning off, we have the help we need.

The property was large, and the kitchenette had all the appliances required. As for the drawbacks, the cleaning wasn’t performed well, and there are no grocery stores nearby. The nearest one is 12 minutes away downhill.

The apartment was great and clean. I received the email from apartment agents on time and everything went smoothly. One thing though, the toilet had a foul odor coming off it most of the days even though it was clean. May be some kind of drainage issue. Luckily we were out all day and only used it on our nightly returns!

I stayed in the Campos location. It is quite far from the center and a bit of a walk to metro stops. To get to the Praça de Espanha stop, know that you have to cross the train tracks on a foot bridge that goes over the tracks. I felt very comfortable here by myself during the day, but would not have wanted to do the walk by myself at night. The neighborhood is a typical Portuguese neighborhood. I enjoyed having cheap coffee every morning. The Website says there is laundry service on-site, but there is not, so be aware.

73 years old and left to fend for myself with dog
I did not stay at this apartment but paid for it and I am looking for a refund. I have a little dog, yorkiepoo and saw on the website that they allowed animals, what it said specifically was that "service animals always welcome others there was a fee". Now when I called because I had nowhere to go with dog to try and check in earlier I was told by a lady that no under no circumstances did they take animals. I called Hotels.com and was on the phone for about an hour for them to try and get me something else, but had already been told that I had paid with the option of no refunds. This is totally unacceptable as I WAS MISLEAD, and there I am in the evening having to leave the place I was at and nowhere to go. The girl trying to help me NOT HELPFUL having me go to Setubal which is on the other side of river or taking a hotel upwards of 3,000 euros which I did not have. I have pictures I have taken from Lisbon Serviced Apts. on my phone where animals are welcome, so this is totally bogus and I have been sick over this and awaiting the help of someone else to pursue this matter.
