Great location Didn't have breakfast as better choices outside the hotel. Rooms are on the small side so did feel cramped. No noise disturbance so that was good

Modern hotel in the perfect location, walking distance to a lot of attractions. Rooms are spacious. We sat down in the hotel bar one evening and almost left as it took a very long time to be served and once we placed our order it took even longer to receive our drinks.

The cleaning service was great. However the AC was not working properly so it wasn’t as cool as we had hoped. We consulted the workers 3 times but couldn’t solve the issue.

Great location, very clean, good hotel in general. a bit moisy though because of the tram. Staff and manager are not flexible and not customer oriented. Had an issue and wanted to talk to the manager but she was always in meetings and too busy to talk to the customers at the sametime the front desk staff were not willing to help
