Air conditioner was not yet turned on, and the room was unbearably hot. We asked them to do something but was told there was nothing they could do since they hadnt turned on the system yet. It was mid march and already in the 80s.

Great hotel with attached restaurant, walking distance to Rossio Square. Staff was very friendly and spoke English, offered helpful information on the area. Room had a small terrace with a nice view of the street

Breakfast was good but the same every day A little variety would be good The staff in the restaurant were not very friendly On lady was very nice The room was comfortable but the King size bed left little room to walk around A qu’ennuya size would have been better Very close to everywhere

The location is great there’s no need to take transportation and if you need it the metro and busses are 5 minutes walk. Highly recommend it

The property is extremely centrally located to anything a visitor could want to see. Nearly anything you would want to see is wishing a 15 minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant downstairs is open early and convenient for meals or early breakfast. And it’s on a drivable road meaning your Uber can drop off/pick up right out front. ONLY CAVEAT IS the rooms are extremely small. Works just fine for solo travelers but two people was a tight squeeze when it came to moving around the room. Bathroom was especially cramped. Not a deal breaker, just be aware in case you like space. Other than that, I really had no complaints. Staff was friendly and you really can’t beat the location. Would come here again!

Beautiful hotel was very clean and quiet. We booked a room with a balcony and we received a room that had 4. Others have commented these rooms are small ours was not it was spacious and the bathroom was very large as well. Staff was pleasant and responded to our needs

Beautiful accommodations!
Perfect location! Close to the hustle and bustle of Lisbon, without being dead center. It was quiet and well-appointed. My only complaint was that the bed was a bit too firm for my taste.

The location is perfect! The staff was incredibly helpful. I probably wouldn’t recommend purchasing the breakfast package only because I showed up at 9 am and a good portion of the food was gone. There are so many other options right out the front door. If you have a car, buy the parking pass from the hotel (20 euros) the underground garage is about a 5 minute walk - be sure to load and unload your luggage on the one way street in front of the hotel. Our room was incredibly small but that may just be the European way. The beds were very firm. If you desire wash cloths, bring your own - again it seems to be a European thing. I could not hear the street noise below - that was a win. I would recommend a stay here.

Tiny rooms in the heart of Lisbon
This worked for me since I was travelling solo and just needed a place to sleep. The tiny room had two twin beds together in the middle with just enough space to walk on each side. I was able to open my suitcase in the window nook, but I can't imagine how two people would fit in the room. The room was clean and mostly in good condition. The other big drawback for me was no coffee in the room. There was a hot water pot and tea and decaf but no regular coffee. There was free coffee in the lobby, but you had to ask the front desk staff to make it, which seems strange since it was just a Nespresso machine (European Keurig). The lobby was also tiny and had about 5 uncomfortable chairs to prevent lingering. Got the job done since I was just there for a bed and shower.

This hotel is in Lisbon centre. All modes transport were available in walking distance. Hotel staff were friendly, very helpful and spoke English. Hotel was clean. We would use his hotel again in future.

The Lis is in a great location. It was easy to walk to most points of interest from the hotel. The hotel is very clean but the rooms are quite small. I knew they were on the small side when I booked, but they are even smaller in person. There is no room for luggage so it had to be stored under the bed. Shower was very tight as I had to squeeze past the door to get in. Everything in the room functioned as it should though. The 10€ breakfast is okay, but we found many other locations with better selection for the same money. If location is the most important to you then this is a great hotel, but there are trade offs.

First time in Lisbon
The hotel is centrally located making walking through out the Rossio Square area easy. Shopping and dining options are plentiful. Some of our best meals were at Taberna do Lis, the hotel restaurant. Hotel staff were professional, friendly and had a great sense of humor.

Good location
Pretty good stay, room is not as spacious compared with other hotels we stayed but overall it is recommended if you wanted to be at the heart of Baixa. Be ready also with the outdoor noise at night because it is literally right across a bar.

A wonderful stay in old town Lisbon
We had a wonderful stay in old town Lisbon. The location was exactly what we were looking for, with restaurants, shops and historical sites all around us. The staff was very friendly and helpful with information and directions. The room was small but very clean and in excellent condition. The adjoining restaurant with its friendly staff provided great meals. An overall great experience.
