How to get from the airport? Easy! Take the subway to Alameda, than the 735 bus till Rua Washington. From there it is only 2 minutes walk. Depending on how much luggage you are carrying, you can also take the taxi from there; important is to know that the taxi to the airport is between 10 and 12 euros maximum. The best way to get around Lisbon is to buy an VIVA CARD when you arrive as this gives you cheap trips on all the metros, buses and trains. I tend to go by buses everywhere as you can see so much and it is a delight to do so. Alles hat tadellos funktioniert.Wir waren im März für eine Woche hier. Bei Ankunft war es gelinde gesagt frisch und es hat ein paar Tage gedauert, bis wir sie mit den paar Radioatoren warm hatten. Schlafzimmer geht zur Straße (gut frequentiert und Hanglage). Bis ins Zentrum von Graca sind es 10 Minuten und bis Alfama ca. 25 Minuten Fußweg. Jedoch gute Anbindung an Bus (60 Meter) und Metro (10 Minuten zu Fuß). Also: zu empfehlen, wenn einen die Strecken in die turistischen Gegenden nicht stört und man eine authentische Unterkunft mit Style sucht. ##### Heike M.
