"Best rental we have stayed in! Beautiful views, quiet location but still close to wonderful hiking. House is wonderfully designed and decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, there were even bowls and towels for the dogs. Lots of great places to sit outside. Property manager was very responsive. This rental would definitely work for a group since there are multiple family rooms and plenty of seating."

"Home was in great condition. Bed was very comfortable. Fire pit on the back porch was amazing. I thought the hospitality could be better, there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the upstairs bathroom. I believe someone found some all in one products in the downstairs bathroom. Not super important but was just expecting general supplies. They have a washer and dryer but you'll need to bring your own detergent as well. Not crazy but would have been a nice way to go above and beyond to accommodate guests given the price point. Wifi/internet is pretty much nonexistent but it's the mountains. The master bedroom door didn't close as well. I had to manually pull/hold the bottom bottom left corner in to be able to close the door every time since it bulged out and stopped it from closing. Very inconvenient/annoying. Overall though, very safe, cozy and a great time. Just expected a little bit more for the price range. We were also celebrating a birthday and mentioned that before so a nice welcome not with that could have been cool. Overall amazing time but just some ways to go above and beyond to provide great hospitality/make guests feel more welcome."

"This was a very unique and comfortable property. The arrival condition was superb, and all the advertised amenities were spot on. We particularly appreciated the pre-arrival communications and thorough property instructions, and had no questions as to how to operate the appliances and features. Everything was in perfect order and we felt that much thought was given to ensuring that our stay would be both hassle free and safe. Our only suggestion would be for the owners to consider installing a ceiling fan on the upper level to help circulate the warm air that naturally rises and causes the loft area to become so much warmer than the ground floor during the heating season. That would be a tremendous addition to the overall comfort during the Winter months. This Mountain Cabin was a joy to rent, and our stay will long be remembered as a highlight of our North Carolina Holiday vacation!"

"SUCH an amazing property! We stayed here when we came up to get married at Wiseman’s View. It’s perfectly positioned for that location - it’s also super nearby the Linville Winery and just a short drive to more civilization - but it feels so tucked away and remote. Cell service wasn’t much of a thing there, but the WiFi worked great. The beds were super comfy, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the hot tub was just to die for. We enjoyed our stay SO much. The host was gracious enough to allow extra day time visitors on our wedding day as we got ready there at the cabin - the three stories made it easy to do so together, but separate so he didn’t see me before the ceremony. So grateful. Can’t wait to come back! "

"When I say this was an exceptional experience all around, know that this doesn't come off lightly. The home is literally at the top of the gated community with arguably the best view on the mountain. If you want to be in an extremly comfortable home with all the amenities you could possibly need, while looking out at an incredible mountain view, this is the one. Debbie was very attentitve and informative throughout the stay. You will not regret booking this stay, we sure didn't!"

"Lovely clean home. So quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds. NOTE: There is still lots of damage around the neighborhood from Hurricane Helene. Some issues with construction and damaged roads. As of our visit, the roads in the neighborhood is not suitable for sports car or car that is low to the ground. "
