"We stayed in the same hotel two years ago, now found that they have maintained the premises very well except for the sofas in the reception area have became a bit old. Overall the hotel rooms look clean and tidy, we felt very comfortable even we have stayed in the hotel for ten days. One thing we found very annoying is that the Wifi dropped out and could not reconnect itself when we went out and back to the hotel, the pop-up browser page does not show up to allow us to login again. Aside from that everything’s good and the prices are justified."

"As a disabled person the fact that a taxi can not pull up to the front door is very inconvenient ( but not a fault of the hotel but the Leeds council) so the car park is a walk away to be disabled or not with bags cases is a struggle on departure I ask on reception if there was a porter to help me with my bag to the car park as I am on crutches after suffering a broken neck and back could see I was clearly struggling But on my way out the disabled exit a very kind member of staff saw my struggle and offered to help me across to the car park With my bag which I am most grateful for As a business i think that Leeds council should alter the highways to allow taxi/uber to drop guests that are coming to Leeds to add to the Economy of the city at there front door"
