Situated in an ordinary apartmentbuilding but clean, great beds and great room with fully equipped kitchen. The staff were very friendly and warm and the wifi functioned perfectly.

Simple, clean, large room with great staff

Simple room with a lot of space and convenient cooking facilities. It was a bit worn in places, but clean and fresh with nice and helful staff. Great location, close to the city.

Very nice and comfortable for me and my dog. There were blankets and water- and foodbowls for my dog. The hotell was in the town center and it was possible to park outside the hotel. Very convenient in every way!

Pleasant stay

We had a pleasant 1 night stay with our 11 months old kid. They arranged baby cot for us in the room before we arrived.room was basic but very well planned and spacious. Kitchenette had limited utensils but was enough for our sty. Breakfast was decent.

Clean and roomy, very good hotel

Excellent apartment hotel. Although the standard is a little dated, everything is in great condition, very clean, big family room with separate bedroom and friendly staff. We arrived after reception closing time (7 PM) but we called the reception before that and they arranged with access codes for easy pickup of room keys. About 11 parking spaces outside the hotel for ca 100 SEK per day. Breakfast not big but clean and fresh. We will stay again if passing through Linköping.

Great location, excellent staff, clean and spacious room, spotless bathroom. Handy kitchenette for some afternoon tea. Walking distance to Trädgårdförenin, domkyrka, stortorget and kinda kanal promenade. Breakfast is a bit crowded, but manageable. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay there again. :)

No elevator so if you are handicapped or elderly the second floor will not work for you as the stairs are difficult. Also, breakfast is a 4.5 block walk away. Breakfast only soso. No hot items and little fresh fruit(some pineapple and grapes). But the building and rooms are clean, cute, and quiet, and better yet the showers had the hottest water I've had yet in Sweden!

We had a family room, but it was more like a 2 room appartment including a kitchen. If you are fast enough, you can park on the hotel side, but the parking places are limited.

I arrived late at night and the hotel had sent me an email clearly describing the codes to enter the building and acquire my key. This was very easy. The room was great for the money, very clean, quiet and facilities you would normally get in a suite room. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast excellent. A genuine pleasant surprise in a room of this value.

Blood on my sheets, awful owner, awful breakfast

Well. I got a room with blood splatter on my sheets. The very kind receptionist apologized and got me another room. When I later spoke to the boss he refuted my experience and said "it's impossible" but then later changed his mind. Then he complained to me about a 5x5 cm puddle of water outside the bathroom and asks me to clean it up while he's looking. This is after he gave me bloody sheets and called me a liar. The price is way too high for what you get. The breakfast buffé was the worst I've ever eaten at a hotel in my life and I've ben around the world. It's like buying breakfast from a gas station, maybe worse.
