I was only there briefly for a one-night stay, but the owner and his wife were friendly and very helpful. The place was clean and quiet, and the view into Franconia Notch was spectacular.

The room was clean. Staff friendly and knowlegBle of the area. Some small things. Carpet was almost warn thru in several spots. The bath tub was real slow to drain. Was in ankle deep water by time my shower was done.

Amazing owners. Warm welcome at the counter desk, even though it was 9 PM! Thanks for the Flapjack's recommandation for breakfast! We ended up trying it and it was well worth it :)! Would definitely stay there again, cheap/clean and cute cottages

The couple at the front desk were so friendly and kind, they made us feel like they were welcoming us into their home. They offered us tea with an electric kettle for the room when they realized my friends were British, which was appreciated. The room was clean and spacious with an updated bathroom. It is in a very convenient location by Clark's Bears, next to a gas station and a 5 min drive to the main strip by Loon Mountain and Kancamagus Hwy.

This is a great little place if you’re looking for a place to stay for the night or a couple of days at a reasonable price that is very convenient to loon Mountain and some other white mountain activities. It is family owned by a nice friendly couple who care about you enjoying your stay, and are very friendly. it is not the Taj Mahal, but it’s priced well for its simple, clean, comfy and very conveniently located accommodations.

We were very comfortable and the price was good, even though we booked just days before a holiday weekend. We were sorry we did not have time to visit the pool or the nightly bonfire. We would definitely stay here again!

What a gem! Situated perfectly to enjoy the White Mountains area. The owners are incredibly kind! They purchased the place, and their investment is already evident. The bathrooms and kitchen area have been renovated, and everything else is in good condition. We stayed in a family room in the motel area and will definitely return.

Profile Motel in Lincoln,NH
Our stay at the Profile Motel was genuinely perfect. The hosts, the room comfort and cleanliness made our stay very relaxing. We had our 11 year old grandson with us who was not bored for a second. We swam, played numerous games of bocce and walked the hiking trail in the back of the motel. It's location was great, we hit many of the attractions without having to travel far. We look forward to staying there again. Thank you for a nice week!

I stayed in the motel to run the Race the Cog trail race up Mt.Washington. This was about 35 minutes away and close to hiking spots and Old Man of the Mountain There’s a pool - but it rained while I was here. Owner is very friendly and the room is clean, updated and very comfortable

The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep for our family after long days of outdoor activities. What truly stood out was the genuine care and personalized service provided by the owners. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. From providing recommendations on local attractions and dining options to offering extra amenities for our little ones, their warmth and hospitality made us feel like part of their extended family. The motel's location was also ideal for families. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions such as Franconia Notch State Park, Loon Mountain, and the Flume Gorge, allowing us to easily explore the natural beauty of the White Mountains. Additionally, the motel was just a short drive away from various family-friendly restaurants and shops, making it convenient for us to dine out or purchase any necessities. I have to give a huge shoutout to the property owners here. Not only were they incredibly helpful with restaurant and coffee recommendations, and overall very kind, they were exceptionally kind when I got food poisoning and made a mess. I was very embarrassed but they were very reassuring and provided me with lysol when requested so I could clean so they did not have to. Would love to stay again, you can tell they are great people!

We particularly appreciated the kindness of the owner couple who let us taste different cakes in preparation for the opening of their little café. Their advice was also helpful. The cabin is clean and comfortable, with a mini gazebo perfect for sipping coffee or having a drink. We would definitely recommend it.

The room was exceptionally clean and the beds comfortable. Owner was friendly and asked if we needed recommendations upon check in. There was a bit of a musty smell maybe from the heat but it was one of the most spotless rooms I've stayed in and the most inexpensive. Bottom line clean and comfortable made for a good nights sleep and thats what we needed.
