It's a nice hotel but nowhere near luxury class and was overpriced. Paid almost 30 for a tiny piece of fish. Was told it came with peas when we asked what it came with. There were literally 12 peas. So I guess technically it came with peas. After eating the 4 bites of fish, we went out for dinner after dinner. Luxury prices but not a luxury experience.

Clean room, facilities and comfortable bed/pillows! We looooove the architecture of this entire building and having it be attached to three dining/bar options is so nice. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference. Location is amazing, views were stunning, everything was nice, comfy, clean, etc. It’s just an outdated hotel, especially carpets and finishes, bathroom especially. Staff was okay, some days they held the door, some days they didn’t. Housekeeping everyday rocked, room was spacious and comfortable, lobby area was inviting and nice. I’m praying I never have to go to Portland again but if I did I would stay here.

The $60 pet fee for one night stay with my dog was outrageous,I also did not receive any $20 parking credit on my bill as advertised, this takes a reasonably priced very nice hotel on a Thursday to another level adding another $100 on to the total price.
a pet fee is fine but $60 is more than I have ever paid,with no pet it would have been reasonable.

"My husband and I had such a nice stay at Sunset Haven. Perfect size room, enjoyed the jacuzzi tub and what a great view! We highly recommend checking it out. A very peaceful, relaxing getaway!"
