Older hotel. Needs deep cleaning. Carpets and chairs heavily stained in room. Amenities fees are crazy for what they offer. Good location and ac works well.

Clean room, facilities and comfortable bed/pillows! We looooove the architecture of this entire building and having it be attached to three dining/bar options is so nice. We can’t wait to come back!

Stayed here for 5 nights while in town for a conference. Location is amazing, views were stunning, everything was nice, comfy, clean, etc. It’s just an outdated hotel, especially carpets and finishes, bathroom especially. Staff was okay, some days they held the door, some days they didn’t. Housekeeping everyday rocked, room was spacious and comfortable, lobby area was inviting and nice. I’m praying I never have to go to Portland again but if I did I would stay here.

The $60 pet fee for one night stay with my dog was outrageous,I also did not receive any $20 parking credit on my bill as advertised, this takes a reasonably priced very nice hotel on a Thursday to another level adding another $100 on to the total price.
a pet fee is fine but $60 is more than I have ever paid,with no pet it would have been reasonable.

"The building is kinda old and outdated. It’s on the beach with about a million steps down to the beach. Parking is tight but there is an overflow lot across the street. It’s ok for a one night stay but not a beach vacation. Unless we missed it there is also no hair dryer. The pool was being worked ..."
