Future Inns Cardiff Bay

"From the welcome received to the final goodbye, all the staff were first rate, Friendly, helpful and nothing seemed too much trouble. The room was well fitted out, little surprised that in this day only an “in bath” shower was in the room but it didn’t cause us any issues, though we do, at 80 years, prefer walk in showers. Another comment, NOT a criticism as this a general observation for most hotels we’ve stayed in which is good number, why in a room for two people do hotels only offer one comfortable chair? We would definitely stay at this Futura hotel again and based on this experience use Futura in another city."

"Our stay at the voco St David's Cardiff was perfect. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Our room was large and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent for breakfast, dinner and pints. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"We travelled with our 3 year old, it was lovely, great place and wonderful views outside, it’s exactly what we needed after a day at cheddar gorge. Staff were lovely and very patient with our toddler, we also had an evening meal and the food was fantastic!"

"Clean comfortable room evening entertainment was great for the elderly! However we was 3 ladies attending an event else were but we did pop in the bar were their was a male singer who was absolutely amazing with his lovely dog. The bar could do with more selection of drinks,very limited!"

"Friendly staff, really good size room, nicely decorated. Let down by a really uncomfortable mattress that was lumpy and uneven plus a foul smell of fungus in the bathroom. The bathroom itself looked clean, so I suspect it originated in the drains."
