On the positive side, the room had plenty of towels, and the provided shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were convenient. The staff was also responsive on chat, which I appreciated — but unfortunately, almost everything I asked about was met with, “No, we do not have that,” or “We do not provide that.” There were a number of cons as well. "This was a nice loft style property! There was a full refrigerator with freezer and a small kitchenette. Very good for a longer stay. Located not far from Hakata Station(12 min walk). Very cool apartment layout. Would definitely recommend for multiple travelers."
