The comfort room was spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable bed. It included a small kitchen with a sink, stove top, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, knives, bowls, plates, cutlery and cups. Adjoining the shower/tub area was also a washer, bonus. The only hiccup was checking in which was resolved with a quick response thru email. Close to Hakata Station about 15 minute walk and all the usual convenience stores and eateries close by. The iPads were not responsive, and the instructions were not clear in English. Management was not available via intercom nor was there an English speaker at the phone number. Had a guest who spoke both English and Japaneese walked in we would not have been able to check in. I spent just one night there, and to my horror, I discovered bed bugs in my room. Not only was this experience disturbing, but it also led to significant skin issues and irritation that have persisted for over a week. I even had to see a doctor due to the severity of the situation. I will be attaching images to illustrate the condition I experienced.
