Excellent hotel. Right on a corner of a reasonably quiet neighbourhood. There is some contruction work happening outside at other properties on the street (September 2019) so can be noisy but not the fault of the hotel. Has a small underground carpark with 10 spaces which is quite tight and was £20 per night. Staff friendly, interior looks nice. Two floors with a traditional tiny euopean elevator/lift. Didn't have breakfast there so can't comment on thaT element. Wifi was solid. Sta.dard...

Very smart interior and first class staff. Breakfast is expensive, but this is a Brussels thing - they all offer good value room rates, but pricey breakfast. I spent ages looking online for a top quality hotel at a good price on a reasonable location, and this is what I came up with. Please to say that the Stanhope more than lived up to expectations!

Beautifully decorated, excellent helpful staff, well located near tram and metro but a short walk away from Grande Place and the centre. Only downside - the radiators in the room cannot be controlled so it was unbearably hot the whole time. The AC can be controlled but it barely makes a dent in the power of the radiator. The hotel is obsessed with eco friendliness, but I hate to think how much energy I wasted having the window open, the AC on the strongest coldest setting, and the radiator...

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were very helpful. Eating in the bar was very pleasant with attentive staff. Would use again if returning to Brussels

Every minute was wonderful. I will definitely be staying at the le Louise again in the future, the entire staff were amazing.

Absolutely wonderful stay, elegant and has everything you need. Staff were exceptionally friendly, would highly recommend!

Nice hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and a good quality buffet breakfast included in the rate. (boil your own eggs & waffle maker are nice touches) 24/7 coffee, tea and hot choc available in the lobby! The room was a good size with a desk to work on; bathroom also good with a powerful shower. I had a street facing room on the 4th floor and didn't find the traffic or tram noise that bothersome. (and I thought I would!) If it's a concern, ask for a inner courtyard room. I stayed in this hotel everything’s was very good from the staff to the bedroom clean bedroom with Aircon I will definitely come back to this hotel

Stayed 8 nights. Staff very polite, helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast room is bright and fresh despite being in the basement area. Breakfast foods really good and tasty, plenty of good choices of continental meats and cheese, fruits, cereals, hot dishes and toast. The free WiFi was excellent, absolutely no problems at all with connectivity or download/upload responses. Hotel decor may be a little tired in some ways but the staff and the facilities generally...

I like that the place was clean and warm. I loved that furnishings the teas and coffees. I really enjoyed breakfast... It never failed. The staff went an extra mile for us, it was soo nice and they were so nice and pleasant. Merci beaucoup!
