"We booked a room (apartment ) for one night on our way through town headed to Isle of Skye- we checked in staff was very friendly and polite but let us know our place was offsite at a different building up the road. The room looked nothing like what we saw advertised as their modern fresh looking rooms we saw on line. Place was extremely dated and worn out/ windows had been left open to bring fresh air in and the musty smell out …temporarily. Sadly we did not spend the night there- took us until 9pm to find a place that could accommodate our small family- we asked for a refund in the am with proof (receipt ) we stayed elsewhere but was informed the receptionist had no authority to do so- wish better luck on the next guest. "

"The hotel is well located in the town, room was a twin and small. We where on motor bikes barely enough for us and gear. No luggage room, which didn't help breakfast ok. No good if you have mobility issues. Functional, not the best hotel of the trip but the most expensive 😫. Staff where very friendly and pleasant"

"I had a twin room to myself which was very lucky because the first bed I selected was so uncomfortable I had to move beds half way through the night. Luckily the second bed was okay - but it was the one nearest the door which is never my first choice. The staff were all lovely and very helpful"

"Check in was easy, loads of parking. Clean with toiletries and tea and coffee provided. Quiet and dog friendly. "

"The parking was right near the door and on one level so no lifting luggage up steps. Good and easy to follow instructions via email regarding access to the building and picking up the room key. Premium room very spacious, clean and had woodland views. Standard room smaller but still had enough room move about, again with woodland views. Both shower rooms were the same size with a large shower however the sink was very small. Highland soap company toiletries. Lovely quality bedding and very comfortable bed. The dining/lounge area had a few books and games. The kitchen had a microwave and kettle but no toaster. There was milk, tea, coffee and sugar for guests to use which was a nice touch. Lovely walks from the door for all abilities, we walked Juniper and Pine and enjoyed both then went to the café for a 'posh' hot chocolate and millionaires shortbread which were both superb and reasonably priced."

"First assigned room was undergoing maintenance. Door was open and bed was covered with construction debris. Although I had paid for a deluxe loch view room, the second room had a window so cloudy we could barely see out of it. Room was tiny. Not the159 square feet advertised. Ceiling panel was hanging down and water stains on the ceiling. Don’t accept room 3 if you decide to stay here. At that point we were just too travel weary and accepted what we were given. I saw other, much nicer rooms the next day. Staff was fine, but room experience was quite poor. "
