    ROSE Holidays offers you this superb apartment on the 5th floor of a residence with a lift, with an unobstructed view over the bay of Sables d'Olonne!



    Apartment that can accommodate up to 5 people.



    Located on the embankment, highly prized by holidaymakers and in the front line facing the ocean, this apartment offers all the necessary comfort just a stone's throw from the large beach and the shops in the town centre of Les Sables d'Olonne.



    Apartment comprising a large open-plan living room overlooking the sea-facing balcony, equipped with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table as well as a dining table, six chairs and a TV.

    The south-facing balcony with a table, chairs and sun loungers will allow you to relax after a day at the beach or spend a pleasant time with family or friends!

    An independent and functional fully equipped kitchen; induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle, microwave, toaster, Senseo coffee maker.

    Then, a bathroom with its shower and its vanity unit with storage.



    On the night side you will have a first double bedroom with a 140cm bed, plenty of storage: with a chest of drawers and wardrobe.

    In the second bedroom, three 90cm beds, perfect for children, equipped with a wardrobe and bedside tables.



    For your convenience, you will have a parking space in a private garage in the basement of the residence. (Please note: security bollards are in place from 4 PM to midnight)

Amazing view, lovely lounge. Equipped with everything needed. Clean. Great location, as easy walk to the centre and to the port. It doesn't say on the listing that the parking space is very small - I got some pre trip info a couple of days before saying that it would only fit a small car (cat A, B or C), which was a bit late to be telling us that as we had chosen this apartment as it had parking (we have a Toyota RAV). As it happens we did squeeze in OK but it just made the start of the trip a bit stressful. Bear in mind that at certain times the coast road is closed to vehicles and you cannot get in or out of the garage. I think Sundays, bank holidays and Saturdays when there is a bank holiday but check. Bedrooms very tired and not very well equipped (no bedside tables or bedside lamps in the main bedroom, I know there is not much space but a small shelf would do. Toilet and bathroom very old but clean. But for the price paid, and the view, we were very happy with the stay.

Superbe séjour au bord de mer

L'appartement est super bien situé avec vue sur la mer. C'était propre on s'est senti tout de suite à l'aise et l'accueil de Rose conciergerie à été formidable. Je recommande.
