Il est bien situé dans une résidence sécurisée et un lieu calme. Il est très propre, très joliment décoré et meublé. Il est fonctionnel avec un grand balcon et une très jolie vue. Décoré avec beaucoup de goûts et confort de standing, tout est neuf…très bonne literie . La résidence est jolie, bien rénovée et dans un quartier pavillonnaire calme…les pistes cyclables au bout de la rue, la plage la plus proche a 800m… paradisiaque.
