Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, it includes:  
\- a bedroom with a double bed;   
\- a fully equipped kitchen;  
\- a shower room;   
\- a lounge with two convertible sofas to relax after a day of walking.  
  
The following facilities will be at your disposal: Parking, shared pool (Opening season 2025: from Saturday 26 April to Sunday 14 September - for schedules see regulation 2025 of aquatic areas) Grill, Kettle, Hairdryer, TV, Dishwasher, Heating, 2 televisions (lounge/bedroom), Coffee machine, microwave, hot water, iron, balcony, etc.  
  
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.  
  
Pets over 5 kg are not allowed in the accommodation.  
  
One of the apartment’s strengths is its practicality: aquatic areas with several pools and slides accessible with wristbands available for each occupant of the apartment  
  
It is also very popular for its location: 2 18-hole golf courses, mini golf, ping pong table, bowling alley, children’s games, several tennis courts, lake restaurant, bars and restaurants on the harbor, all shops nearby, bike rental, the port of Bourgenay with different activities possible in season, bike paths and hiking trails for nature walks around the residence, village animations in July and August, the castle of Talmont, fortress of the Middle Ages where resided Richard Lionheart.

Talmont-Saint-Hilaire is a charming coastal town in the Vendée region, renowned for its exceptional natural setting and peaceful atmosphere. It stretches between beaches, forests and marshes, offering an ideal setting for rejuvenating in the midst of nature. Its coastline is home to the famous Veillon beach, an unspoilt site perfect for swimming, surfing and walking.

From Les Sables-d'Olonne station: 20 minutes by car.  
From Nantes Atlantique Airport: 1 h and 20 min by car.  
The Talmondaise shuttle is free in season to the beach of Veillon and the estuary of Payré as well as the city center of Talmont Saint Hilaire, 10 km from Les Sables d'Olonne by the road of the corniche.
