"An excellent property in a peaceful neighbourhood. As with many properties the photos dont do it justice. Short walk to the beach as this is just off Barneville Plage. Garden spacious so would be good for people with children. Only suggestion and one I would make to almost every property we have stayed at, please some more hanging space in the bedrooms and a 'shelf' in the shower to put soap, shampoo etc."

"Wir hatten einen tollen Sommerurlaub. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wenn man im Garten sitzt, hört man die Wellen rauschen und man ist innerhalb einer Minute am Strand. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, mit schönen Ausflugszielen bis hin zum Mont Saint Michel. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und Nathalie war als Gastgeberin immer gut erreichbar. Gerne wieder!"

"Heerlijk rustig, geen auto of iets te horen. Geweldige sterrenhemel, mooie strand. Tegen alle verwachtingen in was het water in september nog warm genoeg om te zwemmen. Heel vriendelijke gastheer. Alles in huis wat je nodig hebt om zelf te koken en zelfs een haardroger."

"5 nuits , 4 jours pour découvrir le Cotentin, avec visites des plages du débarquement et des extraordinaires musées sur cette opération incroyable. Beaucoup d'émotion aussi avec la visite des cimetières américain et allemand. Et de grandes balades sur de magnifiques grandes plages. Nous avons passé un séjour très enrichissant, avec en plus de tout un accueil parfait de nos hôtes Natacha et Joël qui sont très sympathiques. Le gîte est très bien équipé et d'une propreté irréprochable. Merci !"

"We absolutely enjoyed our time here. The views from the backyard was stunning. I'm assuming the part of the house we stayed in was the pool house. It is connected to the owners home. Although he was right next door, we had no issues at all. He gave us our privacy and our own yard. We brought our 2 dogs with us as well. Hospitality as it should be !
"Hôtel Le Louvre is just perfect ! I felt instantly welcome when I arrived thanks to a most friendly and professional receptionist. The hotel itself , is ideally located in the heart of city centre , in a quiet and easily acccessible street, with a private garage . The whole property is immaculate, my room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with great bedding and bathroom. A welcome pack of biscuits , a bottle of water and some nice soap and shampoo were a rather nice touch. The breakfast buffet , prepared by a very friendly team,offered a great selection of food and the coffee was good. I only stayed one night , before boarding my delayed ferry to Ireland but could happily have stayed longer to visit Cherbourg and surroundings . So well done and thank you to the Team...I'll definitely be back."
