We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Valencia. Our daughter said she felt like a princess staying here. The staff was great especially Ronnie. He not only made great coffee in the mornings, but was full of great advice and knowledgeable about the area. One downside is no pool, but there is so much to do in the San Antonio area that it was a non-issue. Would definitely stay here another time!!!

The bed had two flat sheets, no fitted sheet. The light above the bathtub was hanging down by an electric cable. There were stains on the pillow cases and bed cover. There was always noise coming from the lobby atrium (talking), especially music from the Tavern that went until 11 at night. It wasn't truly terrible, but I would never stay here again. There are too many better options in the Alamo district.
