What a hidden gem! The service from the moment we arrived was impeccable. Such a kind and friendly staff. We felt so welcomed. They let us have a very late dinner. Food and drinks - incredible! And of course, the design is out of this world. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay! I was not too sure about it, so I only booked one night! After staying there, we de used to extend our time here. It is very convenient! The rooms are spacious, clean, welcoming, and beds are super comfortable. The hotel has a great restaurant and bar! Andar, our bartender was great! The front office suggested we go try Las tias restaurant for lunch! We did, and we were super satisfied! Strongly recommend this place!

Pésimo hotel y servicio
Mal servicio, la zona esta horrible ... me saltaron. El aire no servía, lo reporte y no les importó. El cuarto estaba ardiendo. La regadera nunca salió agua caliente, la respuesta fue lo sentimos mucho. Ni preocupados estuvieron. No lo recomiendo nada

Loved Hotel!
It was a great experience, the staff went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. Came in to a beautiful room and a tray of fresh fruit was waiting for us. Along with two large bottles of water. The restaurant at the hotel was the best and freshest food. They have a farm to fork approach for all their food! Will definitely stay again!

Tbey provided me with everything like coffee, water, etc. It also has an elevator. The place was a bit hard to find because the address number didn't match. Overall i had a pleasant stay.

The GOOD: Excellent service, for instance compensating us with complimentary breakfasts (normally not included) because the elevator didn't work and our room was up 2 flights of stairs. Also provided transportation at 5:45 AM to the airport. Efficient housekeeping. Very good food but not inexpensive. Short walk to other restaurants. All personnel very nice including the manager who spoke to us in person about the elevator. In-room coffee maker a plus. Computer nook with power. The WiFi worked very well. The BAD (nothing major): The stair climb -- but not a big issue. On a busy narrow street but the room was above the noise. No washcloths, just one hand towel. Seems to be the usual thing in Mexico. No light above the bathroom mirror. Shower water leaks under wall into main room. Reception notified.

Fatal, el restaurante da justo a las habitaciones y el ruido es insoportable al grado que no escuchas ni la televisión… simplemente no puedes estar dentro de tu cuarto hasta las 11 pm, es una tortura estar dentro, según ellos tienen “estacionamiento” pero más bien es una cochera para 3 coches. El servicio a cliente es pésimo por que no tienen ninguna solución a el problema del ruido.

Estimada Nayibe ShoupLamentamos que haya tenido una mala experiencia con nosotros, como le comentamos a su llegada, ese día teníamos la ignauración de apertura de nuestro restaurante Luciérnaga y entendíamos que podría llegar a ser un tanto molesto por la cantidad de personas que se esperaba y la música que se tenía contemplada para dicho evento.Sin embargo, el descanso de nuestros huéspedes es nuestra prioridad, cuidaremos que no se vuelva a repetir.Estamos ubicados en el centro de León y nuestro hotel es una casa restaurada antigua llena de detalles, desafortunadamente los espacios que se tiene para los autos son pocos, pero muy cercano al hotel contamos con un lugar reservado con mayor capacidad para estacionar los autos que no quepan en nuestras instalaciones sin costo adicional.Agradecemos que nos hayan considerado para su visita a León y los esperamos muy pronto de vuelta

Muy bonito, con áreas de oportunidad
Muy bonita propiedad y bien ubicada en el centro histórico de la ciudad. El estacionamiento tiene espacio limitado pero el personal de valet parking te asiste en todo momento. Desafortunadamente no todos los servicios encuentran disponibles: el restaurante solamente atiende para desayunos, no hay servicio cuartos ni bar. Lo mejor en nuestra experiencia fue la atención del personal

Me gustó mucho el diseño del hotel, es cómodo y bien ubicado. El personal muy amable y con buena disposición. El único detalle a mejorar es en el desayuno, pues tiene opciones muy limitadas.
