"While sitting in the public area, a single Mom went to the desk to report an over flowing toilet. The desk staff tried to give the guest a bucket and plunger to take care of the problem. My room had a completely frozen refrigerator that leaked onto the floor and didn’t cool. This hotel is in serious need of renovation and repair."

"Great price. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Towels were replenished daily. We felt very safe here. Convenient location. Excellent coffee shop just up the road (Perk and Play)! Washer and dryer on sight. Cons: Not completely able to control the temp of the room. During the day the room felt comfortable but every night we burned up. Location is right beside a busy road so we heard traffic all the time. We would stay here again though."

"So we unfortunately stayed when a storm had hit and there was no power at the hotel and therefore we couldn't use the amenities. The third shift guy Michael was very helpful taking us to our room via flashlight and getting us what we needed. They also had provided breakfast via donuts, bagels, juice, etc and McCafe coffee so we were still happy with our stay, especially under the circumstances out of their control."
