Everything at the hotel, bar, restaurants etc, are all severely understaffed. 20-30 min to get one drink at the tiki bar. There are no bathrooms near pools we had to go up to our rooms every time. And the water slide stairs have a door at each level and with the parking lot right there I can’t believe kids are not abducted on a regular basis!
