"Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Spa experience was outstanding! I had a massage and facial and both were first rate. The outdoor garden is lovely but it was a little to cold to enjoy during our visit. Only negative was we got a free bottle of water on the first and second nights but none on the next three nights. At 1500 Euro per night the least they could do is offer free water each night! Rooms were nicely appointed."

"Check in was easy. The hotel is very convenient to many famous attractions around Paris. We stayed in one of the rooms with an internal balcony. It was lovely to be able to open French doodles and get fresh air into the room. The best was very comfy with luxury bedding. Bathroom has a very nice overhead shower and very nice bath products. "My family came for a few days trip in Paris. After being scammed out of an apartment, we frantically looked for where to stay. Thankfully the staff at Yooma was amazing and quick to help! They were very accommodating and had everything ready for us within the hour of booking! We requested a crib for our son & it was brought up by staff very quickly. The hotel is clean, close to everything you’d like to see in Paris, and it’s fun! Very creative lobby layout with arcade games to entertain kids while you check in, comfortable furniture and great amenities. Amazing value for being a 15 minute walk from the Eiffel Tower! Thank you to the Yooma staff, you saved our vacation! "
