Villa Boubouki is ideal for families and those who love being in a quiet and relaxing place with a panoramic sea view. This charming villa is in a beautiful garden, where the butterflies come to flirt with the flowers. In this beautiful place, somewhere among the olive trees, our small gem is hiding, waiting for you to discover it. Directly dominating the sea with an exceptional view of the surrounding islands of Meganissi, Kefalonia and Ithaca, these vacation rental is located only 400m from the pretty pebble beach, accessible by a short, steep path. The charm of the villa and the magic of the place make it the ultimate place to rest. The delicate fragrance of jasmine invites you to relax and meditate; colorful bougainvillea and geraniums provide a colorful backdrop to the deep blue water of the Ionian Sea. You can take a refreshing dip in the deep turquoise waters of your swimming pool before curling up for a nap in a hammock rocked by the sound of the cicadas.

The villa Boubouki is located 2,5 km from the village of Sivota, Lefkada, with beautiful view over the Ionian Sea and its islands.
Please note that the last kilometer to arrive to the villa is non-asphalted dirt road.

Villa Boubouki - September 2021
The villa provided good simple accommodation for our short stay and the views are stunning. It's fair to say that the track to the villa is challenging for a regular hire car and also the route down to the beach is steep and in places a little rough but well worth the effort.

A dream comes true
It was a great stay, everything we needed was in the house. The pool with the view to the sea absolutly breathtaking. The only minus point is the last km of the street to the house. Nature street with big potholes.

Un accueil parfait :merci à Barbara pour son efficacite et son humour! Tout est tres propre de la maison à la piscine La vue des différentes pieces et de la piscine est magnifique La maison etant au bout d’une route non goudronnée, cela ne ravit pas forcement les pneus mais renforce le sentiment de paix et de plaisir pour les occupants ! On a bien aime la petite crique paradisiaque à 10 minutes et le port de syvota 40 min à pied ou 5 min en voiture
