Fantastic stay with this Hotel. Enjoyed great service from all the staff. Nice new room with street view. Lift available. Good daily breakfast. Great location in Laganas. This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It has a nice pool with bar alongside. The breakfast had a vast array of choice to suit most peoples tastes. Nice size balcony to relax on. We stayed towards the end of the season so was quieter than I believe it might have been at other times. This suited so I would recommend for a relaxing stay

The hotel is at the heart of Zante, easy access to all good restaurant and bars near seaside. All the staff are amazing specially Helen. She seems to have the magic wand, can managed well with all the queries from the guest quickly. Helen also helped me with all the booking from Zante to Athens, phoning the respective companies. I can’t thank her enough.

Ledi and Marta on reception were welcoming, met with a smile, greeting and always willing to help and go the extra mile. Eugenia ‘mother’ of the hotel in term of making sure you are comfortable, very friendly chatting going the extra mile. Such lovely people very warm and approachable. Overall I would definitely stay here again, although it’s on the strip you don’t here a thing once your in the hotel. Modern stylish room, extremely clean and no insects surprisingly. Beautiful pool and bar area, very relax environment.. the list goes on. Thank you 🇬🇷

Overall hotel was good, however if you struggle with heat I would stay away, the Aircon units are capped at 22 degrees and will not go lower, so after the scorching heat you comeback to quite a warm room which takes forever to cool down. The staff were great just unfortunate they didn't fix the ac units for our time as I had a few nights of struggle with sleep but apart from that it was good. :) I'd give the hotel a solid 3.5/5 but if you struggle with heat like me, just watch out. The lady and guy that work during the morning and afternoon are lovely people and were amazing. The night guy however, not the nicest person and didn't seem bothered about helping us with any issues. Regardless, thanks for the stay, the two morning / afternoon reception staff made the place better. :)

Maria was fantastic, and the other staff were too. All very helpful and friendly. The hotel is great, really clean and the breakfast was really lovely, plenty of good food and drinks . Maria booked excursions for us and was very knowledgeable about the area inc good restaurants etc.

A group of 3 of us all 18/19 age looking to enjoy the Zante strip (as it is right on the strip), however a particular member of staff, (bald and a beard) on the night shift was creating issues about noice complaints. He was terrorising our stay and watching us like a hawk, not allowing anyone in the room, even though it wasn’t overloaded. Completely do not recommend if your young looking for lads/girls holiday as you be completely tortured with threats of getting kicked out of the hotel. This member of staff knows who they are.

The reception staff & service was great, as was breakfast offering. Very disappointed with pool - saw yellow slime in pool, green algae around pool wall & I developed athletes foot within 24hrs of using it. Room very small, fridge didn’t work on arrival. Balcony not private. No net curtains so had to keep curtains shut all the time for privacy as 2 room opposite had direct view into our room. Although refurbished with modern tech the location, pool, lack of privacy on balcony & average age of other guests being teenagers, made us feel the hotel wasn’t ideal for older couples.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the lovely lady at the reception. Despite the room being cleaned daily, it was done so poorly, with some towels being dirty. The TV was useless, and the AC was positioned in such a way that it blew directly onto the bed, making it easy to catch a cold. The entrance door was situated outside and didn't close properly, allowing all the noise from outside to disturb our sleep. There are numerous clubs around, all playing loud music late into the night. The breakfast was incredibly disappointing, deserving only 1 star for its lack of taste and variety, and the limited serving hours from 8 to 10 were inconvenient. The swimming pool looks much better in pictures than it does in reality. The bar prices were exorbitant, and the policy prohibiting outside food and drinks was frustrating. Additionally, the pool's open hours from 9 to 7 were too restrictive. The billiard table costs 2€, which should be free for guests. On top of all this, the room was too expensive for what it offered. Overall, this hotel failed to meet expectations on multiple fronts.

Very hot, no working air conditioning

Air conditioning needs to be updated. If they invested a little money in updating their air conditioning this place could be great. The shower didn’t drain so the whole bathroom flooded. Fair warning it’s in the party area of town so the other guests are pretty noisy in the halls, Driving through the street the hotel is on at night is a nightmare, I don’t mind all this but it’s nice to know in advance. The hotel staff is very nice. And the breakfast in the morning is good. The shower not draining is really not that big of a deal to me either. But I couldn’t sleep due to the heat, although the air conditioner was on the coolest setting and the lowest temperature it never cooled the room. When I asked to switch rooms it was brushed off I’m hoping I can get a refund because it was unacceptable. Also the parking they offer is five euros which is a good deal, but there’s a curfew in the parking lot, you can only get your car from 9 AM to midnight this I found ridiculous. I would not stay again. Sidenote the pictures are kind of deceiving the angle they use or lenses makes the pool look bigger than it actually is amongst other things. Makes it feel very untrustworthy.

Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk en helpt je met veel informatie. 24 uur receptie is zeer fijn. De avond receptionist Spyros is heel aardig en behulpzaam. Bij het zwembad lig je heerlijk en de aanliggende bar verzorgt je goed van eten en drinken. De kamers worden elke dag verschoond je krijgt dagelijks schone handdoeken. Het ligt zeer centraal en je bent in 2 minuten bij het strand en restaurants
