"Excellent hotel in the city centre, second time we stayed there in recent months and already booked again for next January. Facilities second to none, great studio rooms if you want to self cater but don’t miss the well-stocked breakfast buffet! Staff super friendly… overall 5 stars!!"

"Very nice hotel and lovely breakfast too. We were with a toddler so cautious about the noise as there were many reviews about high noise level. When we close the windows, it didn’t bother us. It’s so close to many good restaurants and attractions. So we loved it."

"I phoned the day before to ask for a twin room, reception confirmed I had one. When I checked in I was told it was a double and that no twin rooms were available. She offered me a voucher for a free drink in the bar for the mistake but when I tried to use it was for the restaurant and I had to buy a meal first! I asked for two key cards and was only given one. Poor first impressions at reception. At breakfast the next morning they had no tables spare so we had to sit in the bar area. It was 9.30 and breakfast was served till 10 am. They had no orange juice, cereal, no bowls or mugs for hot drinks, had to wait for these to be replaced. Bowls never came so didn't have cereal . Had to ask for bacon and the didn't offer fried eggs only scrambled. Very poorly staffed, management needs to replan for the breakfast service."

"Hotel is located a short walk from city centre, not to far from the Arena, which was the reason we choice it. Next to train station but sound proofing was good. Room was comfortable. Small fridge which was handy. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved the parking which was under the railway arches. Would recommend if visiting Leeds"

"Great hotel..... but given wrong information about breakfast we was told 11am... turned up at 10.10am and everything was put away, wouldn't have harmed them to offer coffee and pastries..... roughly another five couples in the same predicament"
