A small, fine and freshly renovated holiday flat on the upper floor of a detached house. Bright and friendly colours characterise the approx. 30 sqm small, sloping holiday flat, which boasts lovingly selected details.

The flat is in a very quiet location at the end of a cul-de-sac and has parking spaces for cars and bicycles. The well-tended garden offers a private area - covered and/or open-air.

The flat has an open-plan sleeping and living area with WLAN and TV, a fully equipped kitchenette with hob, oven, kettle and coffee machine.

The centre of the climatic health resort of Leck with all the amenities of daily life is approx. 3 km away. Various shopping facilities, restaurants, a mini-golf course and an indoor adventure pool with sauna area.

There is also a golf course, a sailing and motorised airfield and plenty of nature in the immediate vicinity. Hiking trails in the Langenberg forest with its idyllic fish ponds offer peace and tranquillity.

Situated in the centre between the North Sea and the Baltic Sea, this is an ideal starting point for excursions by bike and car. A boat trip to the North Frisian islands and Halligen or a flying visit across the border to Denmark. Flensburg with its restored, cosy courtyards is also not far away.
