An legendary guest experience
This hotel is the real deal… outstanding modern design rendered in a beautifully restored historic palace… kind, gracious, helpful and resourceful staff starting with the general manager and continuing with the front desk, breakfast attendants, house man and the delightful young bartender who poured the best Negronis on our month-long escape from a Chicago winter… and no comfort spared for the hotel’s guests. I’d come back again to stay a week (or longer) and never leave the palazzo for longer than a walk through the historic center of Lecce which is conveniently located immediately outside the front door.

Great room, spacious and well furnished. Hotel is beautifully decorated. Instead of the standard breakfast, they offer four different menus. One of my favorite hotels ever.

Exceptional and Amazing
This absolutely beautiful hotel is amazing. Architecturally is preserved and stunning. The hotel staff go out of their way to make you feel special and well taken care. They have thought of everything for in-room amenities. This is definitely a 5 star resort not a 4 star. The two Princes Raymond and Greg were very impressed!

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The first impression you get once you step into the hotel is that you are entering a museum. The staff are amazing and attentive. The food was delicious. I would definitely stay there again. It was such a nice experience. Thank you to all the staff there.

Good hotel but a communication problem
Well appointed and comfortable boutique hotel . The style of the rooms and lobby was unique and charming with interesting art work. Good size room , comfortable bed , great breakfast with thoughtful service. The one service problem was in requesting the reception to make restaurant reservations . First night was excellent restaurant but the hotel reception made the reservation inside when we asked for outside which is the norm in the summer. We were never told beforehand that only inside was available and when we got to the restaurant we had no choice but sit inside and where there was no one sitting . An isolated feeling for sure. Second night we asked for a good restaurant but outside table. Receptionist said she would do so at 8:30 pm . We came back to the room at 7:15 to change for dinner and then walked to the restaurant as close by but were told we did not have a reservation at 8:30 but at 7:30pm!! So we left and had to go back to the hotel and try to find a restaurant that could take us at 9pm or so. The hotel never called, texted, or even left a written note in the room that our reservation was at 7:30 as 8:30 not available !! This was terrible communication on part of the hotel and made for a difficult dinner experience. For a hotel of this quality this was very disappointing.

Lecce tourism
The Policastro hotel is a very beautiful well renovated palace in the center of the old city of Lecce. The renovation is really nice and the room was perfect. Good diversified breakfast. Ideal place to visit the magnificent Lecce.

Adorei o hotel, uma verdadeira surpresa por ser em uma construção tão antiga, mas totalmente adaptada. Tudo de muito bom gosto. Café da manhã também delicioso. Funcionários todos muito gentis e prestativos. Mesmo não tendo estacionamento no hotel, o carro chega até a entrada e um manobrista leva até a um estacionamento ou pode deixar em uma rua próxima, o hóspede decide. Super indico

EXCELENTE OPCION PARA VISITAR LECCE
La elección no pudo ser mejor. El hotel está dentro de la ciudad histórica y desde el mismo se puede visitar toda la ciudad a pie sin problemas. El hotel es maravilloso. Ofrecen cuatro opciones de desayuno que se elige cada mañana la del día siguiente. El servicio lo realizan los camareros a la mesa lo cual es maravilloso. No hay que ir a servirse nada y todo lo hacen con mucho espero y dedicación. No hay un solo detalle que no sea de buen gusto. Las habitaciones son muy confortables y no les falta "nada". Todo el personal de la recepción es excelente. Dedicado. Deseo destacar la amabilidad y buen trato de Francesca y Alessandra. Ambas hablan muy bien en español. Si van a ir a LECCE no duden ni por un minuto en elegir este hotel.
