The doorman was great and very helpful with directions and information on local places to eat and visit. The staff in general were all very pleasant and always glad to help. The breakfast was amazing too. I highly recommend this hotel for any stay in London."

No wash cloths, no hand towels. 24 hour restaurant doesn't open until 7AM. 10 pounds per bag to hold luggage when everywhere else we've stayed offered for free. "
