"Staff is great "

"First half of our trip we faced away from the beach, but it was still a great view. The second half of the trip we had a partial beach view but we still were able to watch the sunset."

"Our hotel room was clean. I liked how there was a microwave and fridge. The bathroom is outdated but for the price it was fine. The beach is right by the corner with ABCs stores all around. This was a great spot and so affordable. We didn’t bring a car so not sure how parking works. They provided beach towels when needed! They had a mini bar/karaoke inside open at night. We didn’t go as we don’t drink, but it looked fun! Overall great experience and worth what you’re paying for. Staff was welcoming and nice. "

"The area is very noisy and it was very difficult for me to rest well. Also, the elevators were down most of time during my stay. I had to take stairs a few times. "

"Unfortunately we had a very unpleasant week. The first couple of days cigarette smoke was coming into our room and eventually got moved to another slightly better room. we then had awfully loud neighbours who seemed to never leave their room but the musi. was so loud it would wake us up at all hours of the night. Admittedly these incidents are beyond the hotel's control; however the way they deal with them is what matters and that's what we had a problem with. Management seem to be never available, nobody is on duty until 7:30 we were told, most staff we encountered at this hotel seemed to not care about anything (except awesome Rachel in the restaurant). There was never any follow up about any complaints, nor explanation as the hotel procedures with guest concerns, even after 6 nights out of seven when security or management was called. Our resort fee, which is silly anyway, was eventually waived but we had to ask for that to be done, not proactively offered. Not a pleasant stay at all, and did not leave feeling like the staff cared at all."

"The property is well located, and the staff is generally willing to help as much as they can. About a week before my stay, I received a message from the hotel informing me that they would be working on the balconies. Unfortunately, the noise made it difficult to rest, and with workers both outside and inside the balconies, there was no privacy. I had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, so I couldn’t even enjoy the view."
