I loved my stay at this hotel. Very friendly staff, clean and spacious rooms. It’s in a nice quiet location outside of Waikiki. Plenty of places still within walking distance. The on-site restaurant is also amazing!

Great location, great hotel. The staff (reception, cleaning, facilities) were all so friendly and helpful. I really appreciated that they allowed me to check in early and out late to accommodate my flights. I recommend a corner room-I had a magnificent view of both Diamondback and the ocean. The beach is just steps away, and they provide beach chairs and towels. The restaurant was outstanding. My only wish is that it was open for breakfast. Plenty around within walking distance. Would stay there again!

Loved the location of this property. Although it was on the outskirts of Waikiki, the area felt more intimate and less touristy, more of a boutique hotel. We decided to forego the car rental and spent some time getting to know the bus system; we were able to reach most restaurants and shopping centers without too much issue. Across the way from public tennis courts, within walking distance to the aquarium & zoo, Waikiki & beach. Pros: On-site free laundry machine use. Microwave/refrigerator in room. Quiet location with rooster alarms and wild green parrots living in adjacent trees. "Free nightly" glass of wine at their upscale restaurant. One block to the quiet end of Waikiki beach. Cons: Restaurant is closed Mon-Wed, so no wine on those days lol. No bidet...boo. No pool, but there is a spa on site.

What I love about this place is its intimate size—only 50 rooms total. That smaller scale means every corner is beautifully maintained, and it never feels crowded or impersonal like some of the bigger resorts nearby. The staff genuinely make you feel at home, from the front desk team who greet you by name, to the maintenance crew keeping everything running smoothly, to housekeeping who take real care with the rooms. You can tell everyone here takes pride in the property. Between the attentive service and the peaceful, boutique feel, this has quickly become one of my favorite places to stay in Hawaii. I'll definitely be back.

The room was amazing with great views of Diamond Head and a glimpse of the ocean. Staff did a great job and were very attentive, with free beach chairs and towels being a HUGE plus. The park across the street was also very nice for early morning walks. Only negatives would be that the beach access was not quite what we were expecting (limited and not super clean feeling) and the cost for parking was much higher than necessary. Be sure to factor the parking costs and resort fees into your choice of lodging since that was not a part of the Expedia booking price.

The room had great views and had wonderful amenities like a bathrobe and water bottle. Beach chairs, towels and bikes were readily available. The location was great, right across from the park and far enough away from the craziness of Waikiki, but close enough to walk there in a flash.

What was very nice was an excellent restaurant(Arden's) on the 2nd level. Staff did not rush us at all and a quiet ambient environment off the beaten path and bustling of Kalakaua & Waikiki. We stumbled on Arden's when the maître d' offered to take our picture in the lobby. She invited us upstairs and we were blessed with a waiter/server(Jeff) extraordinaire. And the rest is history. A hidden jem of a restaurant steps from our room after a wonderful day of fresh air and Hawaiian sun! Thank you!
