"The staff was great no problems but the cleaning staff was not very helpful and good I ask them to get the trash out they said they do trash very third day I HAVE to go and get towels and toilet paper . The breakfast is no good! water on the floor and could serve better breakfast and waffles and cold cereal "

"The only thing I didn’t like when we were arrive, there were no valets out there and then we were leaving so come up after my husband had the car already unloaded that was the only thing about staying at your hotel. That was not great for me. I have a hip problem and have a walker, and if I had came with a girlfriend of mine that we travel a lot, we would’ve been waiting a long time for someone to help us because she’s also a cancer patient but other than that, the state was wonderful. Everyone was really gracious very accommodating, but it was lacking on a valets and I know we did come on a Monday left on a Wednesday, but the magnitude of your hotel should have plenty of valets."
