Ask about our reduced monthly rates October 1 - March 1\. ● Location: On the bayou in Dickinson, Texas ● Private pool: This home features a large, in-ground pool that ranges from 4ft to 6ft deep. ● WIFI/Cable: We provide free high-speed WIFI and Roku with access to Sling TV for live television channels. We do not allow parties. \- Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am. \- Any damages to the house or property during your stay will result in a deduction or additional charge for the resulting repair/replacement cost. \- All pets must be approved by our team, stay off of all furniture, be cleaned up after in the yard, and not left alone inside the home unless in a kennel. When walking pets off property, leashes must be used. \- No parking allowed on the street, lawns, yards, or other neighbors\` driveways. \- Up to 6 vehicles allowed. Oversized vehicles/trailers are not permitted unless explicit approval has been received from our team. \- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm. \- No jumping or diving into the water. Children must be supervised at all times. \- The homeowner\`s routine pool maintenance cannot be rescheduled and is required for the health and safety of our guests. Beer cans, nicotine patches, and cigars left from previous guests, poop on the toilet with no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the pool was murky. But over all the house was great and unique. The home is older. The 4th bathroom was found outside near the pool and the water wasn't on. The master suite toilet area stall was missing a door. And the refrigerator was spotty. The owners were quick to send repair professionals when notified. Overall, my staff enjoyed the spacious home with the pool and watching fish jump in the bayou. ##### Lisa M. When we conducted an initial walk-thru of the property, we were attempting to determine sleeping arrangements for our party when we noticed a series of issues throughout the house that clearly indicated the home had not been cleaned or prepped for our upcoming stay.
