Difficult review to leave. My impression was that the hotel had been used HARD during recent FIFA tournament and had not recovered. The valet team was excellent, pool space is amazing, reception was trying their best! However, our room was ready three hours late and we had to miss our dinner reservation. We requested a mini fridge for medication four times and finally gave up around 11pm and packed it in ice. The carpets in the reception lounge were embarrassingly filthy and I had to clean off a spot on the couch to sit. This beautifully designed hotel is too new to be this warn.

The owners communicated very clear instructions, made their selves available which was not needed. this is a very nice, clean place to stay with the most amazing rooftop patio which we took advantage of almost every night. it is in close proximity of the George R. Brown convention center and we were able to Uber to in less than 15 minutes.
