This home built in 2020 is situated on 12 acres of gated property providing privacy and security. The driveway is paved, and the home has a large 2 car oversized garage. Enjoy the convivence of being minutes from Deadwood, Lead, the Mickelson trail and close to main roads leading to Sturgis, Spearfish and Rapid City.

The large covered front deck with a fireplace offers views of wildlife, pine and aspen trees and provides a cozy environment to enjoy the back hills and gaze at the stars. The cement patio on the back of the house has a firepit and an area for family gathering and roasting marshmallows.

Open Concept
The main floor is an open concept with plenty of room for groups to gather. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large dining table that seats 10, kitchen bar that seats 6 and a large, oversized walk-in pantry for storing all your overflow groceries and supplies. The basement has a wood stove, pool table and large custom-made bar creating a fun space to play games watch sports or just, hang out making fun memories The loft overlooking the front living room and fireplace is a private area for relaxation and unwinding.
